As a new patient to Dr. Andrews’ practice, Dr. Andrews will spend two (2) hours with you at your initial appointment, conducting a full and thorough History and Physical Exam, as well as, formulating a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your specific Pain Management needs. Based upon your specific needs and what Dr. Andrews feels is the main cause of your pain, you will be enrolled in one of two Pricing Plans:

Medication Management + Interventional Treatments $750 / month
Medication Management + Interventional Treatments + Minimally Invasive Surgery $750 / month + cost of surgery

As a Board Certified Pain and Addiction Specialist, Dr. Andrews is an expert at managing and caring for patients who require daily pain medications as part of their comprehensive treatment plan. Many patients suffering from chronic pain conditions require prescription medications in order for them to function on a daily basis and to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Dr. Andrews prescribes all types of pain medication that would be required as part of a comprehensive treatment plan for patients suffering from chronic pain, including opioids/narcotics/controlled substances.
What is Interventional Treatment?
As a Board Certified Pain and Addiction Specialist, Dr. Andrews is an expert at managing and caring for patients who require Interventional Treatments as part of their comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. Andrews is trained and certified to perform all types of evidence-based Interventional Treatments for patients suffering from chronic pain.

What is Minimally Invasive Surgery?
As a Board Certified Pain and Addiction Specialist, Dr. Andrews is an expert at managing and caring for patients who require Minimally Invasive Surgery as part of their comprehensive treatment plan. Dr. Andrews is trained and certified to perform all types of evidence-based Minimally Invasive Surgery for patients suffering from chronic pain. All of the surgeries Dr. Andrews performs are Outpatient Surgeries, which means that you will be able to go home within four (4) hours after your surgery and you will NOT have to stay overnight in the hospital.
